Alcohol Awareness Week

The Outer Hebrides Community Safety Partnership will have a stand in the foyer of the Council Offices, Sandwick Road providing information on alcohol awareness week from Monday 22nd October to Friday 26th October. Here you'll find all kinds of useful information about alcohol and drinking including advice and awareness raising for parents, practical tips on alcohol units and information about homes safety checks.

We will be joined by the Highlands and Islands Fire and Rescue Service who will be providing advice on fire safety and will be able to take requests for their Home Safety Check service. 

If you would like to request a Home Safety Check there will be a Fire Safety Officer available on Monday 22nd October or request cards available for you to take away on each of the other days.
