Stornoway Town Centre Traffic Regulation OrderPlease Note: The consultation period has now closedThe Comhairle intends to introduce a comprehensive traffic management scheme to Stornoway Town Centre. The scope of this scheme will be to prohibit parking along the various lengths of roads as specified in the order, at the times specified in the order. The full order in draft form, together with a statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order and two plans illustrating the provisions of the Order may be viewed by downloading the document below. The papers are also available in hard copy for inspection at the Comhairle’s principal offices, Sandwick Road, Stornoway and also at Stornoway Library, Cromwell Street, Stornoway. Comments and/or objections should be put in writing for the attention of the Head of Executive Office, Comhairle nan Eilean Siar, Sandwick Road, Stornoway, Isle of Lewis, to be received no later than Monday 21th April 2008.
