Reporting to the Acting Director of Social Work and the NHS General Manager (CHaSCP), this newly established post will be responsible for assisting the CHaSCP (Community Health and Social Care Partnership) structure in deliverying the key objectives of the three year plan and other local and national initiatives which impact on the development and delivery of joint health and social care services in the Western Isles.
