Charges

Single copies of the information covered by this publication scheme are provided free, unless otherwise stated. Where the number of copies exceeds 50 sides of paper or the request is for multiple copies of a document, a charge of 10p per A4 side of paper (black and white copy) and 30p (colour copy) will be payable. We will notify you of any charge for copies in excess of 50 sides prior to processing your request. There may also be a charge for postage which will be notified to you following receipt of your request.

A standard charge of 10p per A4 side will be made for any printed copies provided by the library service of the Western Isles.

All charges are subject to review.

Information on the Comhairle’s website is free, although members of the public may incur costs from an internet service provider.

There is no charge for electronic copies provided by email, or for inspecting documents within Council Offices.
