HARRIS LOCAL PLAN (Consultative Draft) All residents and parties interested in the future of Harris are invited to express their views on the above Plan which along with the Structure Plan will direct development and planning issues in Harris for the next 10 years. Copies of the Plan will be available from October 27th with Community Councils, at libraries and at the Council Offices.
