Proposed 'Pre Inquiry' Modifications to Local Plan

Taking account of the  Consultation Representations made previously on the Finalised Local Plan the Comhairle approved Proposed Modifications (Nov 06). These were subject to a six week public consultation period between November and December 2006.

Further Proposed Modifications to Local Plan (March and June 2007)

The Comhairle considered Consultation Representations to the Proposed Modifications and prepared Further Proposed Modifications (March 07) and (June 07)  to the Local Plan.  While these Further Proposed Modifications were not subject to public consultation they did inform the objection negotiation and Inquiry process.  Where appropriate they have been incorporated into the Post Inquiry Modifications which are currently subject to consultation.

 

Proposed 'Post Inquiry' Modifications (Oct 2007)

Taking account of the Inquiry Reporter’s recommendations the Comhairle has approved Proposed Post Inquiry Modifications. 

The Proposed Modifications benefit from being read in conjunction with

• Finalised Western Isles Local Plan (2005)
• Finalised Western Isles Local Plan incorporating Proposed Modifications (at Oct 2007)
• Western Isles Structure Plan (2003)
