The Minute of Meeting of 31 January 1995 was approved.

FINANCE

Revenue Estimates 1995/96

With reference to Item 7 of the Minute of Meeting of 31 January 1995, the following were submitted:

(1) Report by the Chief Executive concerning the Revenue Budgets for 1995/96;

(2) Report by the Director of Finance detailing the Base Revenue Estimates for 1995/96; and

(3) Report of Meeting of the Finance Sub-Committee of 27 February 1995.

It was agreed to recommend:

(1) approval of the Base Revenue Estimates of Income and Expenditure for Arts and Leisure for 1995/96 in the net sum of £2,253,273; and

(2) confirmation, for the Committee's interest, of the Revenue Estimates as being reasonable in the particular financial circumstances facing the Council.
