CONSTITUTION

Election of Chairman

The Principal Administrative Officer chaired the meeting and called for nominations for Chairman of the Committee.

Mr Peter Carlin, seconded by Mr John Mackay, moved the appointment of Mr Donald Maclean.

Mr Ronald J Mackinnon, seconded by Mr Angus McCormack, moved the appointment of Mr Archie K Campbell.

There being no further nominations the Committee proceeded to vote by ballot, the result of which was as follows:

Mr Donald Maclean - 7 votes

Mr Archie K Campbell - 8 votes.

The Principal Administrative Officer declared that Mr Archie K Campbell had been duly elected as Chairman of the Sustainable Development Committee.

Appointment of Vice-Chairman

The Chairman called for nominations for Vice-Chairman of the Committee.

Mr Donald Manford, seconded by Mr Donald Macdonald, moved the appointment of Mrs Annie Macdonald.

There being no further nominations the Chairman declared that Mrs Annie Macdonald had been duly elected as Vice-Chairman of the Sustainable Development Committee.
