		CONSTITUTION
Election of Chairman	1	The Chief Executive chaired the meeting and called for nominations for Chair of the Committee. Mr Martin Taylor, seconded by Mr Keith Dodson, moved the appointment of Mr Archie K Campbell. There being no further nominations the Head of the Executive Office declared that Mr Archie K Campbell had been duly elected as Chair of the Sustainable Development Committee.
Appointment of Vice-Chairman	2	The Chairman called for nominations for Vice-Chair of the Committee. Mr Kenneth M Murray, seconded by Mr Kenneth A Maciver, moved the appointment of Mrs Agnes Rennie. Mr Angus Campbell, seconded by Mr Donald Manford, moved the appointment of Mrs Annie Macdonald. There being no further nominations the Committee the proceeded to vote by ballot, the result of which was as follows: Mrs Agnes Rennie 7 Mrs Annie Macdonald 11 The Chair declared that Mrs Annie Macdonald had been duly elected as Vice-Chair of the Sustainable Development Committee.
