		Prior to the start of the Meeting an opportunity was afforded to Members of the Sub-Committee to visit the site at 4-6 Goathill Road, Stornoway, Isle of Lewis.
		MINUTES
Development Services Sub-Committee DS21.02	8	The Minute of Meeting of 14 January 1998 was approved.
		PLANNING APPLICATIONS
Extensions at 4-6 Goathill Road, Stornoway, Isle of Lewis DS09.02	9	With reference to Item 5 of the Minute of Meeting of 14 January 1998, the Director of Environmental Services submitted a Report concerning an application for planning permission for extensions to the rear of 4 and 6 Goathill Road, Stornoway. The Report gave background information, commented on the application and indicated that representations had been received.
		It was agreed that the Director of Environmental Services be authorised to grant planning permission for extensions to the rear of 4-6 Goathill Road, Stornoway, subject to the conditions detailed in the Report with an additional condition that this permission be subject to amended plans received on 29 January 1998 and subject to the Council's Scheme of delegation.
