PLANNING APPLICATIONS

Application to Erect a Fence at 7 Sand Street, Stornoway

The Director of Environmental Services submitted a Report concerning a retrospective application for Planning Permission for a 2 metre high chainlink fence around an agricultural compound at the croft 7 Sand Street, Stornoway. The Report gave background information and commented on the application and indicated that representations had been received.

It was agreed to recommend that the Director of Environmental Services be authorised to grant Planning Permission for the erection of a 2 metre high chainlink boundary fence at 7 Sand Street, Stornoway.
