Appointment of Chairman

The Committee Services Manager chaired the meeting and called for nominations for Chairman of the Committee for the twelve months to May 2001.

Mr Archibald K Campbell, seconded by Mr Ian M Macleod moved the election of Mr Norman L Macdonald.

There being no further nominations, the Committee Services Manager declared Mr Norman L Macdonald duly elected as Chairman of the Committee for the twelve months to May 2001.

Appointment of Vice-Chairman

The Chairman called for nominations for Vice-Chairman of the Committee for the twelve months to May 2001.

Mr Finlay Morrison, seconded by Mr Norman M Macleod moved the election of Mrs Morag Munro.

There being no further nominations, the Chairman declared Mrs Morag Munro duly elected as Vice-Chairman of the Committee for the twelve months to May 2001.
