With reference to Item 19 of the Minute of Meeting of 5 February, 2003, the Committee visited the site at 95 Newmarket, Isle of Lewis. The Vice-Chairman invited Mr Alastair Banks, Principal Planning Officer, to address the Meeting and answer Members' questions in relation to the site at 95 Newmarket, Isle of Lewis. Mr Banks responded to Members' questions.
