First Time Users

Welcome to CNES  on-line payment service!

We have teamed up with WorldPay to bring this service to you. Worldpay, a leading Internet payment company and part of the Royal Bank of Scotland group provides the secure site for taking your payment details. This means that at no time are your debit card details known to or stored by the Council.

At the moment you can pay the following bills via WorldPay:

We accept all major debit and credit cards.

You will need your account or bill reference number, so please have this to hand when you want to pay. You can find your reference number on your Council Tax demand or payment book, your rent book, or on your bill.

The payment form will also ask for contact details, so that we can get in touch with you if there are any problems with your payment. If you supply us with an e-mail address, you will get an e-mail confirmation of your payment.

Once you have made the payment and it has been authorised by the bank, the Council will process the payment on your account within one working day.
