During clarification, one of the three bidders withdrew from the procurement process. They expect to bid for downstream Stage 2 at a later date.
Formal dialogue meetings with the remaining two bidders took place in January. As a result, an additional bid template was produced and has been sent to bidders for completion prior to a further round of dialogue meetings in March.
