Additional breakdowns of their bids were requested from the two Private Sector Development Partner (PSDP) candidates. These breakdowns have been received and dialogue meetings to discuss them with each of the PSDP candidates have been arranged for 15 March 2007.
A Design Phase Plan has been drafted for approval by the Project Board and meetings have taken place with the advisers to prepare for commencement of the procurement of the Design Team.
Work is ongoing to carry out a value for money review of the Project as requested by Audit Scotland.
Work is also ongoing to carry out an internal review of the Project in place of a formal Key Stage Review before the appointment of the PSDP.
Discussions are ongoing regarding the proposed site for the Balivanich School.
Work is advancing to establish the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV).
