Final Tenders were received from the PSDP candidates and the process of checking for compliance and evaluating these Tenders is ongoing.
The procurement process for a design team for the project has commenced with the issue of a notice in the Official Journal of the European Union. An information day for prospective bidders is scheduled to take place in Glasgow on 23rd of May.
Further meetings regarding financial modelling have taken place with the Scottish Executive and prospective additional funders and work on the finalisation of the financial model continues.
Following elections, it is anticipated that a new Project Board will be appointed at the end of this month.
