FISHERY CLOSED FOLLOWING DIESEL SPILL

Fish from the Lacasdale loch system comprising Loch Beag, Loch Mhor and Loch Meadhan, at Urgha, Harris, may be tainted following a diesel spill from a lorry last night and should not be eaten. The fishery has been closed until the end of the season. It is anticipated that the system will be clear for next season.
