There is still time to nominate individuals as Team Managers for the 2009 Natwest Island Games in Aland. The closing date is 16th November 2007.

The 2009 Games will be held from the 26th June to 4th July and will include 15 sports - Archery, Athletics, Badminton, Basketball, Football, Golf, Gymnastics, Judo, Sailing, Shooting, Swimming, Table tennis, Tennis, Volleyball and Windsurfing.

In order to ensure maximum participation in Aland, Western Isles Island Games Association wish to seek nominations for Sports Team Managers to select and train athletes to the standard required for this international competition. Sports Team Managers will be required to agree the desired standards expected of our athletes and prepare a coaching plan to be implemented prior to a final selection deadline in spring 2009.
