Loch a’Bhaille Warnings Removed

Further to a previous warning issued concerning the appearance of the possibly toxic blue-green algal blooms in Loch a'Bhaille, Tolsta Chaolais, the precautionary warning notices placed around the loch by Environmental Services have been removed.

This follows an investigation by SEPA which sampled the site, with results that did not indicate the presence of any Blue Green Algal species. There is no bloom occurring in the Loch at this time.
