Paper Banks

New, larger,
Paper Banks have been placed at three locations in Stornoway.
The supermarket recycling points and Sandwick Road Filling
Station have been selected for the new banks. The Paper
Banks have a much higher capacity than their predecessors
and are much easier to use with simple slotted letter
box style openings.
The Paper Banks will now also accept
more material than the older banks as the increased
capacity allows bulkier material to be processed. Telephone
directories, Yellow Pages, catalogues and other similar
items can be recycled in the new paper Banks.
