Marshalling Area: Rock blasting and excavation in progress -approximately 45 per cent complete
Breakwater: Core filling 120m into the sea at low level. The long reach tracked excavator was moved over from the Causeway site. Rock armouring started.

Marshalling Area: In the planned marshalling area, blasting and excavating was in progress with the work approximately 40% complete
Breakwater: On the breakwater, core filling had reached 120m into sea at low level On the other side of the proposed link.

Marshalling Area: work on the marshalling area with blasting and excavating in progress is more than 30 per cent complete
Breakwater: core filling extended 80m into sea at low level Meanwhile on Barra, the geotechnical mapping of potential rock source sites for breakwater and slipway was continuing. Field work has now been completed.
